Yamashita Kaho is a Japanese singer, songwriter, and guitarist. She is the vocalist and main composer of the Tokyo-based rock band Hikari no Nakani, known for creating emotionally charged songs that blend vivid lyricism with melodic rock. Born in 2001, Yamashita began her music career in high school and gained national recognition after her band won RO JACK for COUNTDOWN JAPAN 18/19, leading to a major festival debut.
